Refund Policy

1. Payment Provider
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle's terms govern all transactions.
2. Subscriptions
All subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel a subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
3. Third-Party Website Changes
Award Buddy works by connecting to third-party airline and hotel websites. These websites may change their design, APIs, or introduce anti-bot measures at any time without notice. We reserve the right to add or remove supported programs at any time in response to such changes. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain compatibility with each supported program, service disruptions caused by third-party website changes are not grounds for a refund.
4. Exceptions
Refund requests may be considered only in the following cases:
- A bug in our own code (not caused by third-party website changes) prevented you from accessing the core functionality of the service, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
- You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate transaction).
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge with your order details and reason.
5. Statutory Rights
If you are located in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
